The Windsor Knot

Gin's fresh, aromatic flavour balances the sweetness of fruit juices and complements the delicate cucumber in our Windsor Knot. Light and elegant, this cocktail is an ideal choice for toasting the royal wedding.

1½ oz gin
½ oz orange liqueur
1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 oz white cranberry juice
3 cucumber slices
3 oz club soda
Fresh thyme, for garnish

Fill a goblet with ice. Add gin, orange liqueur, lemon juice, cranberry juice and cucumber slices. Stir to mix. Top with club soda. Garnish with a sprig of thyme.
